❖Biography❖
Cute Spide is a hobby artist who has worked on their own projects, fan art, and commissions since they began drawing in 2007.Spide's work mostly consists of anime-style art, specifically in the Bleach (anime) style. She began doing traditional art by reference and then moved on to referencing poses and adding her own details for various characters. Tite Kubo and his manga/anime Bleach always inspired Spide to draw and it has cemented into her own style to this day. Currently, she's trying to become closer to the manga style of Bleach over the anime style she has always used.She likes to be as well-rounded in different art mediums as she can and she currently draws, writes, crochets, knits, dabbles in cello, and streams on Twitch insofar as that can be considered a performing art.As a person of many interests, Spide has various projects in the works of larger size. This includes a fantasy novel, a cosmic horror novel, and a manga project you will see art here for called "Painted Black."

❖ RULES ❖❖ NO AI ART FEEDING. I will block and blacklist you from commissioning in the future. The use of my artwork for AI Feeding purposes is strictly forbidden.❖ I have the right to refuse any commission.❖You are free to publicly upload commissioned work so long as I'm credited.❖ I will not accept custom designs that are directly taken from someone else's work unless they gave consent.❖ When commissioning another person's character, please ask them about it first. Unless it's a gift.❖ People going against another user's wishes or wanting art made to harass or offend someone will be blocked and will be denied commission thereafter.❖ Please credit my work at all times.❖ Personal & Public clients seeking commercial works must inquire.❖ When selling a custom design or adoptable from me, please let me know.❖ Commissioner agrees to not constantly bug, rush or harass the artist for previews/updates and to give them time.
❖ Cancellations & Refunds ❖❖ I have the right to cancel or drop a commission at any given time. If for some reason I find I am unable to complete your commission, I will offer a full or partial refund based on charges and work time.❖ Commission maximum time can take up to 120 days (4 Months). Please note, I am also a busy person with a full-time job and chronic conditions. There may be commission holds or breaks at times. I appreciate your patience and understand your time is also valuable!❖ You may also cancel on your end if I have not started work on your request yet. I will offer a full or partial refund based on charges and work time.❖ Refunds will not be given after accepting all the preview sketch phases. You are securing your commission at that time. If refunded during the sketch phase, you no longer own that art and it cannot be used. Using unpaid art will result in being blacklisted.❖ Additional add-on revisions may be charged more based on complexity. You are allowed 2 revisions and recolors during the sketch phases. Anything during and after will be a small charge according to the detail of the revision(s).
❖ Frequently Asked Questions ❖❖ Q: Do I have to pay in full upfront?
A: Yes. This is to prevent people from stealing progress sketches or progress work for half payments with a full payment due, or clients who “forget” their other half of payment due. Unfortunately, artists are often taken advantage of in this way. Therefore, I no longer wait to take payment.❖ Q: Can I use my commissioned artwork with other artworks?
A: Yes, as long as the other artists allow you to do so as well and that proper credit is given.❖ Q: How long have you been drawing?
❖ A: I have been drawing since 2007 (middle school) and won many school contests as I improved. I took a long break during and after college (2014 - 2022) where I only drew here and there.❖ Q: Can I reserve a commission slot ahead of time?
❖ A: Yes, I will only take a couple of commissions in at a time and create an order list. If commissions are closed, this list is either as long as I'm comfortable with or something else has come up.❖ Q: Will you draw NSFW?
❖ A: No, at the moment I’m not confident in it, sorry!❖ Q: Why do you only open a couple of commission slots?
❖ A: I take relatively long commission breaks if I'm not in the right headspace or am too busy with other life things. I don't want too many on the list and have to either work through those times or pause/delay your request.❖ Q: Why do you only open different amounts of slots sometimes?
❖ A: It really depends on what types of commissions I have coming in. I'm more willing to do more slots if requests are mostly simple headshots whereas if more come in that are larger and/or more complex I may shut commission slots down sooner.❖ Q: Will you publicly post my commission?
❖A: Yes, I post my work across Instagram, Twitter, and Deviant Art. If you wish for me to link back to you as the character's creator, I'm more than happy to do so with provided (and appropriate) links.

Headshot Commissions
Headshots are from the neck up. I can do line art, flat coloring, or cel shading. I will draw any human character but please check the TOS/FAQ to make sure we can work together.

Character sheets come with 1 forward headshot, 1 side view headshot, 1 simple pose full body drawing of your character in flat colors (no shading), and a simple background.
